Keystone, CO (Vocus) July 11, 2009 John Bergfeld, MD, Cleveland Clinic Foundation, Director of Operating Room Management, will join three other North American physicians as a 2009 American Orthopaedic Society for Sports Medicine (AOSSM) Hall of Fame inductee.
